At UniCover, we aim to provide transparent and reliable insurance services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any insurance product through our platform.
1. Nature of Our Service
We act as an insurance agent/intermediary, helping customers select and purchase insurance policies from third-party insurance providers. We do not underwrite or issue policies ourselves.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance provider. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The policy is canceled within the free-look period (if applicable)
- Payment was made but the policy was not issued
- Duplicate or incorrect payment was made
3. Visa Refusal Cases
If your visa application is refused, you may request a refund subject to the insurer’s policy terms:
- A valid visa refusal letter must be provided
- Refund eligibility depends on whether the policy allows cancellation due to visa refusal
- Some administrative or processing fees may be deducted
- If the policy has already started or been used, refund may not be applicable
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- After the free-look period has expired
- If the insurance policy has already been used or claimed
- If incorrect information was provided by the customer
- Any service/processing fees charged by our company
5. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted via email or official contact channels
- The request will be reviewed and forwarded to the respective insurance provider
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–21 working days
6. Important Note
- Final approval of refunds depends on the insurance company’s policy terms
- UniCover is not responsible for delays caused by third-party insurers
